Customers with a valid address all over the world may place orders in this webshop (www.richbrows.com). We are operating in ESTONIA (Owner of this website is Urbanista Style OÜ) and as Estonia is inside European Union we are currently able to deliver our products outside of Europe with no problems.

In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA and Mastercard only. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. Prices are stated in EURO or USD depending on your destination country. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made.

Urbanista Style OÜ is registered (NO: 12575361), and operate out of Estonia, under Estonian law.

Estonia is inside of the European Union (EU), hence we have no customs barrier when shipping products to our EU customers.

We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

EU Citizens
We ship to EU countries using UPS road service. Normal delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on how remote you live (also see overview below).

Even though Estonia is located at the very edge of the EU, you will not suffer from customs problems or extra taxes. The price listed in the webshop are the price you will pay excl freight. Estimated Shipping time Overview
Below is an overview of tentative lead times for shipping our web shop orders, estimated from time of dispatch from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia. Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).

Tracking your shipment
You will receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your local pick up destination.

Returns
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND HANGTAGS MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 4 to 6 business days after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Warranty information
Our simple mission is to build the best brow products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. Urbanista Style OÜ warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a RichBrows product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product.

The Warranty Process
Before returning any product, you must contact RichBrows representative by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
Arrange and pay shipping the product to Urbanista Style OÜ. We will ship back to you free of charge!
Ensure that the returned product is clean and dry and in the original package before shipping. Dirty and/or foul products or products with a broken case (i.e brow extensions) may delay the process with an additional surcharge.

Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.

Important note:

Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee as listed below. Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions.
